The town homes will be located in the back area called "The Inner Circle" and this golf course will host the U.S. Open Qualifier being held in the spring!   I was told that as a homeowner you do not have to buy a membership to the golf course, unless you choose to do so.

Golf Memberships Dues are priced as follows: $700 for golf membership and then…Family package is $90 per month and Individual package is $100 per month (Discounts will be given to homeowners). You may also pay as you play if you choose not to join for a discounted rate if you are a homeowner.  NOTE:  As a homeowner, you are not required to purchase golf membership.  The tenant can purchase membership on his or her own.

Projected Rents:  $1000 to $1400 based on sq ft and location
Taxes:  .845 per $100.
Insurance:  Based on an average of 2,000 sq ft, the insurance would run roughly $521 per year based on coverage of $50,000 contents coverage, $80,000 interior building coverage with a $500 deductible.
